Do you need support?

How can I enter my personal profile?

To enter your personal area, you will have to click on the account icon in the top right-hand corner and enter your credentials. Once logged in, you will enter your customer account, where you will be able to view the list of previous orders and your account information.

How can I search for a product?

You can search for a product using the search tool at the top centre, where you can enter the code, description or name of the item without having to specify which catalogue category it belongs to.

How can I check the price of a product and its availability?

Within the product sheet, in the part of the table with the variants, you will see the list price, which you will see crossed out, and the net price reserved for you. Prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be calculated when you add a product to your shopping cart and which you can see under "Total order".

Stock availability is displayed in the "Quantity" column of the table containing information on product variants. Please remember that you must be logged in before you can view price and quantity. Login now to your user profile.

How do I add an item to my shopping cart?

To add products to your shopping cart, select the quantity of products you wish to purchase from the box provided and then click on the shopping cart icon. At this point a banner will open and clicking on "Checkout" will take you directly to your shopping cart, otherwise click on "Continue" to continue browsing.

How do I manage my shopping cart?

Once you have added a product to your shopping cart you can decide whether to add more by clicking on 'Continue', or to proceed with the order confirmation by clicking on the "Checkout" button.

How do I complete an order?

Once you have confirmed your shopping cart, you will need to enter your shipping address to proceed with your order. Then choose whether you want to invoice the order to the same shipping address or to a different one and click "Continue". At this step you will have to enter the billing address, if different, or select the same address used for shipping and select "Continue".

In the 'Shipping method' area, you will already find the option to assign shipping to Sistemi Klein ticked, and immediately below you can enter notes. Then click on "Continue".

Under "Payment" click on "Cash on delivery" and tick the option for data processing. Click 'Continue' again: no payment is required, but the order will be paid for upon delivery.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
