When processing Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM) such as ALUCOBOND® , ALUPANEL®, REYNOBOND®, DIBOND®, STACBOND® it is very important to use the right cutters with specific cutting angles geometry.
Our router bits (see item U180) are particularly made for making V-groove folding on Alucobond® and other sandwich material.
Especially designed for scoring ACM materials with 90° and 135° angles (with flat bottoms), thus allowing a simple hand bending operation of the panel without cracking.
ALUCOBOND® is a composite panel consisting of two aluminium cover sheets and a plastic core which can be polyethylene (PE) or mineral core (Alucobond® Plus - A2)
