The new line of collet chucks are supplied with a special designed nut (see our items Z091), with no lengthwise cuts, suitable for machines at high speed and a remarkable noise decrease is also achieved. These nuts should be tightned with a special torque wrench (see our items Z052), which indicates when the torque (Nm) is reached according to the value in the corresponding table, after been blocked on a proper adjustable demount device (see our items T139), as shown in the pictures below. On request the collet chucks can be supplied with the standard clamping nuts (see our items Z091).
